This prototype streamlines ADU design and construction by integrating AI and algorithmic processes. It kicks off with an AI pinpointing land parcels compliant with local regulations for ADU placement. Subsequently, another AI determines the maximum buildable area, creating a floorplan used to craft a 3D structural system. Although the system is operational, further data and training could significantly enhance its ability to generate coherent ADU plans, reducing the timeline from months to minutes.
